1848 is a forward thinking organisation established in 2019 that provides effective care and support for young people aged 10 – 18 to the highest of standards.

We are not happy to be like others; we believe in being better, delivering high quality care and support in therapeutically supportive homes.

We are also ambitious for our young people, ok is not enough for them, we want more and we want outcomes that match individual potential.

Each team at 1848 is dedicated to the young people in their home. We are passionate and committed to meeting the needs and aspirations of every young person. The goal when young people leave us is to live independently and successfully fulfilling their potential.

We make communication a priority where young people learn respect for themselves and others and acquire the life and social skills to move towards a more independent positive future in which they can function successfully within society.

1848 though established by individuals with a mental health background, has developed experienced and highly qualified employee teams with practical and diverse experience in working with young people. These teams are fully committed to providing a professional and consistent high quality service achieving excellent outcomes for each young person.
